connecticum is a recruiting fair in Berlin where employers meet and hire students, graduates and professionals in Business, IT and Engineering. Exhibitors book an exhibition stand for one, two or three days; the all-inclusive price starts at €3,000 net. connecticum 2027 takes place from 27 to 29 April 2027 at the Convention Hall, MOA Berlin, with around 300 employers and about 15,000 visitors expected. Employers from outside Germany are welcome to exhibit.

About 15,000 students at every stage of their degree, final-year students and graduates, and junior and senior professionals in Business, IT and Engineering are expected at connecticum 2027. Experienced professionals are an equally important target group.

Opening hours Each day of the fair from 12:00 to 19:00 (noon to 7 pm), with admission for visitors until 18:30. For exhibitors: access and set-up from 10:00.

More than 15,000 well-prepared students, graduates and professionals from Germany and Europe are expected at connecticum 2027. They come with a purpose: to find out from potential employers about current and future entry-level and career opportunities. connecticum is firmly established as an important career forum across Germany.

Getting visitors to the fair has the highest priority for us. Short presentations at the start of lectures and the connecticum campusTOUR address students directly at universities and in their departments. We reach junior and senior professionals through our alumni database and our mailing list with more than 200,000 subscribers. What does an exhibition stand at connecticum cost?

For one day of the fair, a stand costs a fixed price of €3,000 (3 sqm), €5,000 (6 sqm) or €8,000 (12 sqm), each net of VAT. The fixed price per day falls if you take part on more than one day. All fair services are included in the fixed price – there are no extra costs for furnishing, electricity, internet or catering.

What is included in the stand price?

Everything: complete stand furnishing, catering, electricity, exhibitor internet and Wi-Fi, your listing in all fair media, and exhibitor tickets for your stand staff (4, 8 or 12 tickets depending on stand size, for each day of the fair). Every booking also includes the connecticum ArbeitgeberAtlas and the connecticum Jobmarket for 12 months each.

Can we book more than one day of the fair?

Yes, you can take part on one, two or three days. You can combine them freely – day 1 and day 2, for example, or day 1 and day 3.

Can companies based outside Germany exhibit?

Yes. Employers from outside Germany are welcome to exhibit at connecticum. The exhibitor contract and the invoice are issued in German, and invoices are in EUR.

Do we need German-speaking staff at our stand?

connecticum is held in German and English, and around 80% of exhibitors hold conversations in English. German-speaking staff at your stand are an advantage but not a requirement.

Are the prices net of VAT, and does reverse charge apply for EU companies?

All prices are net of VAT. For companies registered for VAT in another EU member state, the reverse-charge procedure applies and the invoice is issued without German VAT. Invoices are issued in EUR.

How does booking work?

You send a non-binding booking enquiry online. Within 48 hours you receive a non-binding offer by email. The booking is only made once you accept that offer – you then receive a binding booking confirmation from connecticum. Please note that the offer, the confirmation and the exhibitor contract are in German.

Until when can we book, and what early-booking discounts are there?

Early bookers receive 10% off when booking by 16 September 2026, 6% by 16 December 2026 and 3% by 27 January 2027 – in each case on all the prices listed. The registration and booking deadline for connecticum 2027 is 24 February 2027.

Who visits connecticum?

Around 15,000 students at every stage of their degree, final-year students and graduates, and junior and senior professionals in Business, IT and Engineering – from about 250 relevant universities across Germany.

Are ArbeitgeberAtlas and Jobmarket included in the fair price?

Yes. Every booking includes the connecticum ArbeitgeberAtlas, your employer profile with company logo, and the connecticum Jobmarket, where you publish an unlimited number of job adverts, for 12 months each from the date you register as an exhibitor – at no extra cost.

Can we book ArbeitgeberAtlas or Jobmarket without exhibiting?

Yes. Both are standalone products: the ArbeitgeberAtlas from €600 (6, 12 or 24 months), the Jobmarket from €1,200 (6 or 12 months), each net of VAT.
