Alongside the well-known names, connecticum is also where you meet the hidden champions – market and technology leaders most people have never heard of, because they do not sell to consumers. What does an exhibition stand at connecticum cost?

For one day of the fair, a stand costs a fixed price of €3,420 (4 m²), €5,640 (8 m²) or €8,350 (12 m²), each net of VAT. The fixed price per day falls if you take part on more than one day – the amounts are in the next question. All fair services are included in the fixed price – there are no extra costs for furnishing, electricity, internet or catering.

What does a stand cost if we exhibit on more than one day?

The price per day falls when you book more than one day. A 4 m² stand costs €6,100 for two days (€3,050 per day) and €8,100 for the whole fair (€2,700 per day). An 8 m² stand costs €10,200 for two days (€5,100 per day) and €13,500 for the whole fair (€4,500 per day). A 12 m² stand costs €14,900 for two days (€7,450 per day) and €19,800 for the whole fair (€6,600 per day). All prices net of VAT, all fair services included.

What is included in the stand price?

Everything: complete stand furnishing, catering, electricity, exhibitor internet and Wi-Fi, your listing in all fair media, and exhibitor tickets for your stand staff: 4 (4 m²), 8 (8 m²) or 12 (12 m²) per day of the fair. Every booking also includes the connecticum Atlas and connecticum Jobs for 12 months each.

Which days of the fair suit us?

If you are hiring in Business, IT and Engineering at the same time, book the whole fair – three days, with the lowest price per day. If you are hiring in one field, choose the day with that focus: the Business Career Fair on 27 April, the IT Career Fair on 28 April or the Engineering Career Fair on 29 April. If your roles sit between two fields, such as business informatics or embedded systems, combine the two days; any combination is possible. Visitors from all fields are welcome on all three days.

Can companies based outside Germany exhibit?

Yes. Employers from outside Germany are welcome to exhibit at connecticum. The exhibitor contract and the invoice are issued in German, and invoices are in EUR.

Do we need German-speaking staff at our stand?

connecticum is held in German and English, and around 80% of exhibitors hold conversations in English. German-speaking staff at your stand are an advantage but not a requirement.

Are the prices net of VAT, and does reverse charge apply for EU companies?

All prices are net of VAT. For companies registered for VAT in another EU member state, the reverse-charge procedure applies and the invoice is issued without German VAT. Invoices are issued in EUR.

How does booking work?

You send a non-binding stand enquiry online. Within 48 hours you receive a non-binding offer by email. The booking is only made once you accept that offer – you then receive a binding booking confirmation from connecticum. Please note that the offer, the confirmation and the exhibitor contract are in German.

Until when can we book, and what early-booking discounts are there?

Early bookers receive 6% off when booking by 16 December 2026 – on all the prices listed. The registration and booking deadline for connecticum 2027 is 24 February 2027.

Who visits connecticum?

Are Atlas and Jobs included in the fair price?

Yes. Every booking includes the connecticum Atlas, your employer profile with company logo, and the connecticum Jobs, where you publish an unlimited number of job adverts, for 12 months each from the date you register as an exhibitor – at no extra cost.

Can we book Atlas or Jobs without exhibiting?

Yes. Both are standalone products: the Atlas from €780 (6, 12 or 24 months), connecticum Jobs from €460 (30 days, 6 or 12 months), each net of VAT.

Do agencies receive a commission?

Yes. Agencies booking on behalf of an employer receive a 15% agency commission on the net price, after any early-booking discount. Nothing changes for employers who book directly: the price shown applies, with no additional costs. In the stand enquiry, agencies enter the employer as the exhibitor and name themselves in the notes field.
