connecticum is one of Germany’s largest career fairs for Business, IT and Engineering, held in Berlin every April since 2002. Around 300 employers meet about 15,000 students, graduates and professionals over three days at the Convention Hall, MOA Berlin. connecticum 2027 runs from 27 to 29 April 2027, from 12:00 to 19:00 (noon to 7 pm) each day; admission is €10 and is valid for all three days. Around 80% of exhibitors hold conversations in English, in particular international employers and IT companies, so you can visit the fair and talk to employers without German. You can bring your CV in German or English – both are accepted. Whether a particular role requires German depends on the employer; that is a good question to ask at the stand.
Everyone is welcome at connecticum. There is no restriction on nationality or place of residence, and the fair is open to international students, graduates and professionals. Whether an employer can hire candidates who need a visa or a work permit depends on the individual company – ask at the stand.

No, the dress code at connecticum is “Come as you are”. What counts is the conversation, not the outfit.
A CV or short profile is helpful as a basis for conversations and for the CV checks at the exhibition stands, but it is not mandatory. You can bring it in German or English – both are accepted. German CVs are usually one to two pages, in reverse chronological order; a photo is common in Germany but not required, and you are not obliged to include one.
