Employers & exhibitors	200 renowned employers of all sizes and industries Global players, medium-sized companies, family businesses, tech and IT companies. Alongside the well-known names, connecticum also brings you the so-called hidden champions – the “hidden” market and technology leaders you usually do not know because they do not operate in the consumer market. We will publish which employers you can meet at connecticum 2027 as soon as the exhibitor list is final. Until then, the past exhibitors page shows which employers have exhibited at connecticum.
Visitors & participants	Around 12,000 visitors: students, graduates, apprentices and professionals Visitors are students at every stage of their degree, final-year students, apprentices and junior and senior professionals in Business, IT and Engineering. All four are equally important target groups. Around 12,000 prospective, young and experienced computer scientists, engineers and business graduates from Germany and Europe are expected at connecticum 2027. They use connecticum specifically to find out from potential employers about current and future career and entry-level opportunities.

Admission & tickets	Admission: €10 The admission ticket costs €10 and is valid on all 3 days. You can visit the fair on 1, 2 or all 3 days. From abroad	Open to candidates from all over the world Conversations in German and English, your CV in German or English, your ticket online. From BER airport, the FEX airport express takes just over 20 minutes to Berlin central station and runs up to four times an hour, and the RE20 adds an hourly train; from there the Convention Hall is 20 minutes away at most.

connecticum is held in German and English. Many exhibitors also hold conversations in English, especially international employers and IT companies, so you can visit the fair and talk to many employers without German. You can bring your CV in German or English – both are accepted. Whether a particular role requires German depends on the employer; that is a good question to ask at the booth.

Can international candidates attend connecticum?

Everyone is welcome at connecticum. There is no restriction on nationality or place of residence, and the fair is open to international students, graduates and professionals. Is there a dress code?

No, the dress code at connecticum is “Come as you are”. What counts is the conversation, not the outfit.

What should I bring, and does my CV need a photo?

A CV or short profile is helpful as a basis for conversations and for the CV checks by experts at the exhibition booths, but it is not mandatory. You can bring it in German or English – both are accepted. German CVs are usually one to two pages, in reverse chronological order; a photo is common in Germany but not required, and you are not obliged to include one.
