What does an entry in the Atlas cost?

The entry with presentation costs €780 for 6 months, €1,140 for 12 months or €1,560 for 24 months, in each case net of VAT.

What does an Atlas entry contain?

Your presentation as an employer with company logo and employer profile: the standard information candidates look for, the fields and career stages you are hiring in – linked directly to your own careers website. Candidates find you by field of study and by career stage.

What does the Atlas do for us when we have no vacancies advertised?

That is exactly what it is for. Candidates search the Atlas for employers in their field and career stage, independent of individual vacancies. Whoever finds you there applies speculatively through your careers website.

Can we maintain the profile ourselves?

Yes. You control the links and the information for applicants yourself through your Atlas access – changes are possible at any time during the term.

Is the Atlas a review site?

No. The Atlas is a curated employer directory – without ratings and without comment functions. Candidates find professional overviews of relevant employers by field; you decide what your profile says.

How quickly is our entry online?

Your entry is online within a few working days. The term begins when connecticum activates it and sends you your access details.

What is the difference between the Atlas and connecticum Jobs?

The Atlas shows your company: an employer profile with company logo in the curated employer directory – for employer marketing and speculative applications. connecticum Jobs shows your vacancies: specific jobs for students, graduates and professionals, linked directly to the job adverts on your own website.

Is connecticum Jobs included in the Atlas?

No. The Atlas and connecticum Jobs are two separate products that you can book individually or together. Only taking part in the connecticum recruiting fair includes both – the Atlas and connecticum Jobs for 12 months each.

What happens to our employer profile when the term ends?

Your profile stays online. The employer profile with company logo is permanently free of charge and remains in place even when a booked term ends. What ends is the visibility in the employer directory or the publication of your vacancies.

Can companies based outside Germany book an entry?

Yes. Any employer recruiting students, graduates or professionals in Germany can book an entry, wherever the company is based. Prices are net of VAT; companies based outside Germany are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.

What language is the employer profile in?

The employer directory is read by candidates in Germany, so profiles are written in German. You can link to an English careers page. The offer, the booking confirmation and the contract are also in German.

Do agencies receive a commission?

Yes. Agencies booking on behalf of an employer receive a 15% agency commission on the net price. Nothing changes for employers who book directly: the price shown applies, with no additional costs. In the booking enquiry, agencies enter the employer as the company name and name themselves in the comments field.
