You are passionate about finance and accounting? You like aviation and high-tech products? You are a team player and like working in an dynamic, international environment?
You will be working with a wide base of international customers and suppliers, the business language is English and our finance team of seven works hard to support our business teams in all finance related matters. In your position you will work on accounts payable processing at first but we support you to grow your field of responsibilities quickly to additional accounting tasks. If you already have accounting related work experience (ideally in AP/AR) great – but motivated graduates are also welcome to apply!
- Execute day-to-day financial administrative tasks
- Handling of Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable processes (source-to-pay) and bank transactions
- Processing of incoming invoices, incl. verification and reconciliation
- Focal point for invoice related supplier topics, clarify questions with MLS business units and suppliers
- Support preparation of weekly payment run and month-end closing activities
- Preparation of tax declarations (VAT) and similar reporting requirements
- Audit support: Preparation of financial audits
- Assist the Senior Accountant in miscellaneous daily operations
- (Recently) Completed Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or preferably in a related field
- Relevant professional experience in Finance/Accounting
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping / invoice processing
- Hands-on mentality with a high level of accuracy
- Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Experience with accounting software, preferably SAP
- Motivation to learn and grow responsibilities within the finance team
- Willingness to work in an intercultural team with English being the main business language
- Dutch language skills considered as a strong plus
