Responsibilities:
Handle bank payment process
Handle bank related tasks (incl. bank account opening/closure, e-banking set-up, bank loan & facility, hedging, LC, consult SAFE etc.
Assist for cash position management and cashflow forecast
Assist to keep good relationships with banks.
Handle E-BAD related tasks
T&E Reimbursement & financial documents collecting and mailing to Infosys
Balance sheet review and long-term items follow-up
Other accounting/finance non-outsourcing tasks
equirements:
Bachelor degree in accounting，finance or related major
More than 5 years relevant working experience in accounting A/P, G/L and Tax position in MNC
Good personality and teamwork spirit
Clear thoughts, good communication and coordination skills
Understand accounting & Tax related business process
Good oral and written English and computer skills
Familiar with ERP system, Microsoft office
