WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Regional Treasury EMEA department is responsible for the Treasury and Cash Management activity of BASF Group companies in the EMEA region. Within our Bank team, we are responsible for validating customer and supplier master data, ensuring adherence to internal Fraud Prevention requirements.

• In this role, you process requests, verifying the correctness and completeness of bank details in SAP S/4 HANA, while contributing to optimization projects for enhanced efficiency.
• Your tasks include the preparation of the periodic reports and lists, documenting processes and knowledge to support continuous improvement in our reporting practices.
• As the direct contact for central banks, you manage registrations of the group companies on regional reporting platforms and assist with audit preparations and follow-ups.

• Lastly, you collaborate with diverse teams, including our inhouse fraud prevention community to improve processes and security.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, along with first professional experience in the field of master data is preferred
• basic knowledge of accounting or business administration in relation to legal forms and management
• profound user knowledge in MS Office and first experiences with SAP S/4HANA
• good communication skills in English and German, further language skills are an advantage
• goal-oriented, precise working methods and high customer orientation

WHAT WE OFFER

• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks
• Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.000 - 39.000€, depending on qualifications and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany
• Flexible working hours so that you can organize your working and private life according to your needs
