Be a part of our Administration team, where you will focus on preparing invoices, invoice approval and creating reports for the Spare Parts Logistics department.

  • Review of steering tables and prepare internal invoice audits
  • Validation and approval of provider invoices
  • Support with the estimation and forecasting of costs and revenues
  • Uphold with ad hoc analysis and reporting

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial or office clerk, or studies in business administration
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to the daily tasks
  • Excellent with numbers
  • High level of commitment and initiative
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge in Power BI a plus
  • Must possess a legal work permit in Germany
