Algorithm Software Developer (m/w/divers) Apply now Algorithm Software Developer (m/w/divers) Description We are looking for you to support our area Autonomous Mobility the location in Neu-Ulm.Your tasks will focus on the following activities: Development of computer vision, fusion and function algorithms from concept phase to series production for Safety Functions such as Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) and Evasive Steer Assist (ESA). Those Safety Functions will be used in the following Continental ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) products: Forward-looking camera, Surround-view camera, High resolution Lidar, Fusion systems Design and implementation of scalable, cross-platform software architectures Support of system validation incl. participation in international test and development campaigns Systematic Testing (Black-Box and White-Box) and documentation Coordination of the customer requirements Qualifications University degree or PhD in a technical discipline or a comparable qualification Very good knowledge and practical experience in image processing for computer vision, software development with C++, preferably for embedded systems Following skills are ideally also available: agile software development for the automotive area according to ASPICE incl. functional safety (ISO 26262), tools for rapid prototyping and modelling e.g Matlab/Simulink, Python, OpenGL / CUDA, configuration management and requirements engineering, machine learning Good English language skills written and spoken Independent, structured and solution-orientated working style Passion to contribute to technically challenging products Strong customer focus and collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude Willingness to travel (driver license appreciated) Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
