As an AP Accounting Specialist at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. What awaits you? Processing (PO and Non-PO) invoices according to company policy (in case needed, forwarding to responsible operational teams). Executing and coordinating processes related to incoming invoices, generate Accounts Payable relevant reports. Participating in creating and introducing new processes for accounting and in projects such as introduction of SAP S/4 HANA. Support travel management activities and processes. Cooperating proactively with international teams / SSC (including Headquarter Office). What should you bring along? University degree in Economics and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar job field from an international company (manufacturing environment would be an advantage). Up-to-date knowledge of relevant Hungarian and EU tax legislation. Confident user of ERP systems (preferably SAP FI module; S/4 HANA knowledge is an advantage) and MS Office, especially Excel. Strong communication skills, along with independent, reliable, and result-oriented way of working. Fluent English and Hungarian both written and spoken, German language would be an advantage.
