Your Role

  • Coordination and providing of technical guidance to internal and external teams on all aircraft programs related to ATA 92, focusing on cabin upgrade projects.
  • Creation of 3D and 2D drawings for equipment installations (ATA 923) and electrical harnesses (ATA 928), ensuring compatibility with the cabin layout and avoiding clashes or clearance issues.
  • Support the validation and approval of design solutions (pre- and post-modification), configuration management, and the creation and verification of Service Bulletins (SBs).
  • Coordination and preparation of relevant certification documentation.
  • Participation in technical meetings with customers and suppliers, addressing technical queries and acting as a point of contact for customer focal points.
  • Support, mentoring, and training our offshore team based in Bangalore, India.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or master degree in aerospace engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in the aerospace industry, with a focus on cabin avionics and retrofit projects.
  • Solid knowledge of aircraft cabin communication systems (ATA 44, ATA 23) and electrical systems (ATA 92).
  • Experience in analyzing pre- and post-modification inputs including wiring diagrams, principle diagrams, and equipment location overviews (ELO).
  • Proficient in electrical CAD tools such as CATIA V5, SEE Electrical, Mentor Graphics, or Capital Logic; experience with 3DX is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in German language is a nice to have.
