Controller Transfer Pricing (m/f/d)

In the Coatings Division, we are focused on the development, production and marketing of a variety of coating solutions - from applied surface
technologies to automotive paints. Working in global teams, we promote innovation, design and new applications in order to meet our partners'
needs. This portfolio is complemented by "Beyond Paint Solutions", which enables new applications with innovative surfaces.

As part of our Controlling unit, you take over the position as Reporting Specialist and are responsible for Intercompany Transfer Prices.

• Following compliance with legal requirements and tax regulations, in line with internationally recognized frameworks and BASF guidelines, you calculate and adjust transfer prices.
• You are responsible for a particular business area, analyzing and commenting on various financial statements including P&Ls, calculating company level margins, taking care of ad hoc requests, and performing regular quality controls.
• As a point of contact for business, you are in dialogue with various stakeholders involved in sales, marketing, supply chain, as well as controlling and will act as a mediator and a solution provider on the first escalation level.
• You play a key role in further developing, optimizing, and automating ICTP related knowledge and processes and support your colleagues and the global tax department during audits.
• Last but not least, you have the opportunity to grow in an organization that is focused on investing in digital development.

• bachelor's degree in economics with several years of working experience and knowledge in Tax and ICTP
• distinctive communication skills, ability to work in a global team as well as a creative entrepreneurial mindset
• experience in organizational development as well as in project management
• ideally controlling experience
