Controlling:
- Gives input to the plant strategy definition and to the annual revision of the strategy - Responsibility for keeping the fixed assets in a proper condition, and is the inventory responsible for fixed assets of the cost centers - Ensures and apply Hungarian Accounting Standards and with Continental Finance and Accounting guidelines - Prepares budgets and performs review meetings - Provides month-end reporting on time for all Business Units, in case of deviations initiate immediately corrective actions - Implements KPI methodology and Plant Scorecard Tool in the plant; performs regular KPI-Reviews - Responsibility and supervision of plant key performance data and business processes - Acts as the local GDPR coordinator according to Continental's guidelines - Sets the personal targets and objectives for finance organization - Develops subordinates IT: - Leads and manages local IT organization - Ensures coordination and provisioning of all IT related topics, activities, services and projects - Responsibility for local IT cost controlling, forecast, budget planning - Provides and creates reports for the management on regular basis - Responsibility for Cyber security in the location - Participates in inventory, reporting and projects - Supports all IT related audits Purchasing: - Coordinates the activities of the department - Participation in the selection and evaluation process of the suppliers - Approvals of purchasing orders and contracts based on corporate rules - Achieves cost reduction targets - Supports the SCM escalations - Represents the management and purchasing in the Energy management committee - Maintains information flow, preparation of reports - Develops subordinates - Supports all purchasing related audits - 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in the same field at a multinational company, preferably in matrix organization
- University/college degree in economics or finance - Experience in project management - Fluent English language skills - SAP knowledge - Excellent communication-, negotiation- and presentation skills - Open-minded personality ![]() The Autonomous Mobility and Safety Business Area integrates safety technologies and controls vehicle dynamics to ensure safe and comfortable driving.
