Tasks

Ensure stable functionality of crew training systems and monitor system performance
Prepare templates and configurations for users
Communicate and document system changes and improvements to users
Build, maintain and further develop relationships with users, IT and software providers
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes with software providers and internal IT
Test and implement software provider updates
Collect and structure business requirements and ensure their implementation in current systems
Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of crew training systems and automation of day-to-day tasks

Requirements

Bachelor degree academic qualification or similar, work experience beneficial
IT affinity and high level of enthusiasm for working in the aviation industry
Basic understanding of programming logic and (experience in) project management is a strong asset
Motivated to work with various IT solutions
Analytical mindset and structured problem solving abilities
Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and reliability
Open minded, empathetic team player with a “can do” mindset
Very good spoken and written German and English skills
