Tasks
  • Ensure stable functionality of crew training systems and monitor system performance
  • Prepare templates and configurations for users
  • Communicate and document system changes and improvements to users
  • Build, maintain and further develop relationships with users, IT and software providers
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes with software providers and internal IT
  • Test and implement software provider updates
  • Collect and structure business requirements and ensure their implementation in current systems
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of crew training systems and automation of day-to-day tasks

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree academic qualification or similar, work experience beneficial
  • IT affinity and high level of enthusiasm for working in the aviation industry
  • Basic understanding of programming logic and (experience in) project management is a strong asset
  • Motivated to work with various IT solutions
  • Analytical mindset and structured problem solving abilities
  • Able to work independently with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and reliability
  • Open minded, empathetic team player with a “can do” mindset
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills
