Customs Manager

Your main tasks include, among others:

• Implementation of central LHT Group Customs Compliance Standards
• Assurance of compliance with national legal requirements concerning customs / international trade for logistics and material processes
• Focal point of contact for all customs issues and escalations within the organization such as but not limited to material classification (e.g. national HS coding) and clarification of stopped transactions by customs
• Definition and supervision of customs relevant processes, definition of requirements for IT systems and documentation
• Identification of and application for relevant customs authorizations and simplifications
• Monitoring of customs activities and conducting risk management
• Keeping up to date with procedures and process developments
