Responsibilities:
- Follow and lead the VEDS inverter product develop & localization process with Chinese customers, also internally with Voith China and Germany. 遵循和领导电驱动产品开发和国产化流程，包括内部的流程。
- Lead VEDS product technical promotion，especially support inverter related, as defined market and product strategy. 根据产品战略规划并针对特定市场针对性做电驱动的产品技术推广,尤其是电机控制器产品相关
- Coporation with internaly application team and technical support to all potential customers, make sure VEDS work well with complete vehicle. 和内部应用团队紧密合作，向主机厂提供技术支持并确保电驱动系统的正常应用
- Input the changes and optimization needs from customers to internal contactors. 获取客户对电驱动系统中电机控制器产品的更改及优化需求并在公司内部协调推动
- Inverter products technical roadmap plan and technical support for realizing products SOP， by working with customers, partners and internal organizations.通过与外部客户、合作伙伴及公司内部的协调工作，更新及确认电机控制器产品市场技术需求规划及提供产品实现的技术支持
- Support AE team for VEDS sign off check and release， especially for inverter. 支持应用团队完成电驱动系统的验收及释放,尤其是电机控制器相关。
- Technical support to field complaint analysis. 对市场客户投诉分析提供技术支持
- input VEDS optimization to Voith from the point of view from application and customers. 从应用和客户角度提出对电驱动产品进一步优化的举措
- Study and collect Market needs and development trend of new VEDS feature about inverter. 收集并研究市场对于电驱动系统中电机控制器的新需求、新趋势
- To know and collect the bench mark of competitor’s products. 了解及收集相关竞争对手产品资料及信息
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above with automotive or Mechanical and electrical engineering related major
- >5 years experrience of electrical drive on bus or truck
- Working experience of product design or application engineering about inverter products for CV.
- Fast learning capability
- Fluent English in writing and speaking
- Work experience in global organisations
- Easy going, and good at listening and advising
