Your Tasks
- Develop and maintain a competitive product portfolio with strategic focus areas such as data management, digitalization, and design – specifically for the After Market Business
- Provide comprehensive project support, including risk mitigation in the OTO process and efficient management of order execution
- Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to optimize existing processes and workflows
- Promote and develop subject matter expertise and talent within the team
- Support troubleshooting, commissioning, and fulfillment of warranty requirements
- Reduce quality-related costs through targeted measures and ensure excellent HSE standards
- Collaborate closely with R&D to continuously improve and potentially disrupt the product portfolio – including full lifecycle management
Your Profile
- You hold a university degree in a technical field, ideally with a focus on paper technology
- At least ten years of relevant professional experience in the paper industry
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in guiding teams in a dynamic, complex (VUCA) environment.
- Open to new ideas and concepts, with a healthy “can-do” attitude.
