In the first and the last assignment you are located in Germany, and in the second one you will gain experience at one of our international sites.You will support your division by creating smart solutions for the future. Your initiative will determine the amount of your responsibility in the projects. The program offers you excellent opportunities to grow fast and start your professional career at Continental.During the DRIVE Automotive Graduate Program, you will get a global insight in the following field:Development and application of function models Analysis and Identification of weaknesses in vehicle functions based on ecosystem simulations Development of system models based on system architecture and requirements Test models on a virtual basis to ensure early detection of problems and risks Cross discipline alignment of interfaces and framework of system models Integration of system models in ecosystem simulations Qualifications Excellent bachelor or master’s degree in an engineering field, natural science or similar At least 6 months of practical experience in an industrial related working field through internships, (part- or full-time) employment or projects International experience through study abroad, internship or working experience in an international environment or engagement in international associations First experience in software development First experience in agile working environment Fluent Business English (additional languages beneficial) Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.
