Die Operations-Teams in unseren Logistikzentren sind für die Verwaltung eines umfangreichen und schnelllebigen Bestands verantwortlich. Von der Warenannahme im Logistikzentrum über die Einlagerung, das Kommissionieren und Verpacken bis hin zum Versand an unsere Kunden arbeiten sie mit großem Einsatz daran, dass unsere Kunden das bekommen, was sie wollen und wann sie es wollen.
Die Position erfordert ca. 30-40% Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands, Österreich und den Niederlanden zur Unterstützung mehrerer Operations-Standorte.

Working closely with senior leadership teams, you'll provide strategic guidance on employee relations programs and initiatives, foster positive workplace relationships, and offer expert counsel on labor related matters. The role involves partnering with various stakeholders to drive positive labor relations outcomes and create an engaging work environment.

Operations is at the heart of the Amazon customer experience. Each action we undertake is completed on behalf of our customers because meeting and often exceeding their expectations. The Operations teams in our fulfillment centers are responsible for managing a vast range of fast-moving inventory. From receiving into the fulfillment center to stowing, picking, packing and shipping to our customers, they work very hard to ensure that our customers receive what they want, when they want it.
Position requires approximately 30-40% travel within Germany, Austia and Netherlands to support multiple operations sites.
A day in the life
Der Arbeitsalltag eines ER Managers (m/w/d) ist ständig im Wandel. An einem Tag bist Du vor Ort und unterstützt das lokale Führungsteam, sei es während einer Veränderungsphase, während Betriebsratswahlen oder anderen Anlässen. Am nächsten Tag unterstützt Du Projekte, die für alle Standorte relevant sind, und arbeitest mit Kollegen aus dem EU-ER-Team zusammen, die den Geschäftsbereich in anderen Ländern betreuen. Du bist in ein Team eingebettet, in dem die Arbeit Spaß macht, und trägst als solches auch Deinen Teil zur Erreichung unserer Teamziele bei und arbeitest an überregionalen (Deutschland, Österreich, Niederlande) Projekten mit.
The day-to-day working life of an ER Manager will be ever changing. One day, you will be on-site supporting the local Leadership Team, may it be during a period of change, a period of works council elections or other activities. The next day, you will support projects that are relevant for multiple locations and collaborate with colleagues from the EU ER team who oversee the business operations in other countries. You will be embedded in a fun-to-work with team and as such also get your share in reaching our team goals and work on Germany/Austia/Netherland-wide projects covering all lines of business.
- Erfahrung im Personalwesen/Employee Relations in Deutschland mit Betriebsräten und/oder Gewerkschaften
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (CEFR, C2)
- Experience in HR/ER experience in Germany with work councils and/or unions
- Fluent in German and English (CEFR, C2)
- Progressive, praktische Herangehensweise mit nachgewiesenen Erfolgen in schnelllebigen, kundenorientierten Umgebungen
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz, einschließlich Erfahrung in der Analyse von HR-Kennzahlen zur Entwicklung umsetzbarer Lösungen
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Management komplexer Stakeholder-Beziehungen auf allen Ebenen
- Progressive, hands-on approach with proven success in fast-paced, customer-focused environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including experience analyzing HR metrics to develop actionable solutions
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships at all levels
