As part of BMW Group IT, our team is responsible for bringing the latest Data Science & Generative AI technologies to the BMW Group. With our expertise, we are exploring new areas of application for Data Science & Generative AI. We are developing industrial lighthouse use cases in all divisions of the BMW Group and provide reusable services to enable other BMW IT departments to join us on our journey.   What awaits you? You will drive the implementation of flagship industrial use cases leveraging Advanced Analytics and Generative AI. This includes business UseCases as well as UseCases for the application of generative AI in our IT processes. During use case implementation, your pay special attention enabling and scaling Generative AI within the BMW Group, for example, by enhancing our reusable platform services. You follow latest technical development and market offers and show the potential for an application within the BMW group. Based on your technical expertise you can try out new ideas yourself, but you also manage partners and work closely with our teams in the South Africa hub. You will deliver presentations on Generative AI, showing the potential of industrial Generative AI applications. By closely aligning with our GenAI platform team you understand and improve the platform offerings and consult other BMW departments accordingly.   What should you bring along? University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science or a related field. At least 4 years of professional experience in industry level Artificial Intelligence. Practical experience in generative AI technologies and their application in a business environment. Profound experience in collaboration with internal and external partners. Experience in communication and training strategies in a professional environment.
