WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As our Enterprise Architecture Manager, you will lead the Enterprise Architecture Management Office (EAM) and drive a holistic view of our organization’s architecture. Your focus will be on capabilities, value streams, and the lifecycle of IT applications - from integration to rationalization. Your areas of responsibility include:

  • Definining and maintaining enterprise architecture models (business, application, data, technology) and developing architecture blueprints and roadmaps
  • Keeping architecture documentation up-to-date and accessible for all stakeholders
  • Establishing architecture principles, policies, and standards
  • Reviewing and approving solution architectures for compliance and enforce architectural governance and ensureing compliance with internal and external standards
  • Managing an inventory of applications, technologies, capabilities, identify redundancies and opportunities for consolidation
  • Ensurng IT initiatives align with business goals and enterprise standards
  • Identifying architectural risks and propose smart mitigation strategies

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Degree in computer science, business information systems, IT, software engineering, information systems management or enterprise architecture
  • Proven experience in modelling business processes, data flows, and system landscapes as well as guiding organizations through architectural change and transformation
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to deliver sustainable impact
  • Excellent communication in English, German or Japanese is an additional plus
  • A collaborative spirit and passion for working in intercultural environments
  • Commitment to contributing to sustainable solutions that address climate change
