Become part of our unit Business Reporting as an Executive Specialist in management accounting. Contribute your experience in one of our sub-department Project Accounting and help with process transformation.

• In the finance and controlling community, you provide support to the Experts, in the process design and system integration in our transformation project to SAP S/4HANA.
• You assist in smaller project coordination, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
• Additionally, you may be involved in the implementation of M&A integration, automation and knowledge management initiatives in project systems.
• Collaborating with experts, you contribute to the (sub-)project management of financial system transformations, such as transitioning from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA.
• Your role involves facilitating cross-departmental and cross-site communication, exchanging professional insights, evaluating ideas and assisting in the implementation of projects across different units or companies.
• As a valuable member of the team, you provide advice and support to service, governance, and business units.
• You contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation, helping to enhance the unit's expertise and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

• degree in business administration, business informatics or industrial engineering with a focus on accounting, controlling or finance or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional experience in finance or controlling
• in-depth procedural and technical understanding of management accounting within Project Accounting
• initiative as well as communication and presentation skills in German and English
• comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA as well as the MS Office applications

• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
• Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
• Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
• Gross annual salary (full-time): 54.000 - 58.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
