WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• In your new position, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising field trials to ensure relevant data creation for all stakeholders.
• Together with agronomic modelers and digital agronomists, you identify trial and data collection needs and regularly align with global and local teams on trial and data status.
• Furthermore, you check incoming data, provide feedback to external partners, and secure data quality in close collaboration with agronomic modelers.
• You support commercial and agronomy teams by quantifying agronomic value, confirming ROI for users, and presenting trial results.
• Additionally, you conduct field trainings and onboarding sessions for external service providers and participate in all phases of the product development life cycle.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• master degree in agricultural science
• first professional experience in agricultural trials or agronomic environments
• strong knowledge in plant cultivation, agricultural testing methods, and product/application technologies
• fluent English skills and proficiency in standard IT tools, fluent German is beneficial
• excellent communication skills, a structured and solution-oriented mindset, and strong team spirit
