We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead Amazon's 3P monetization strategy for services related to selling on Amazon with main focus on EU Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA). The ideal candidate is a curious self-starter that thrives on developing new ideas and comes with a strong analytical background and ability to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
Reporting into the EU FBA Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for identifying growth and profit opportunities defining with your business partners the monetization strategy for a multi-Billion dollar business. The role requires close collaboration with business and finance teams in Europe and the US.
This position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon’s current flexible work guidance. Amazon encourages open communication about unique needs for flexible arrangements.
Key job responsibilities
· Support the monetization strategy delivering high quality insights to senior leaders to influence their decisions
· Support planning cycles to reflect the monetization strategy into plans
· Provide trend and gap analysis versus plan generating actionable insights
· Define, maintain and develop performance metrics to increase controllership on the monetization strategy
· Assess business cases performing ROI analysis to drive growth, profitability and cost saving
· Build and maintain in depth knowledge across key business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges and opportunities across the business.

· Masters degree in finance, business or related field
· Substantial experience in financial planning, reporting and analysis
· Experience creating process improvements with automation
· Business acumen to partner well with senior business leaders
· Strong communicator
· MBA
· Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MSAccess, Essbase) and providing recommendations based on results
· Experience working with C-suite stakeholders
· Experience in Retail, FMCG, eCommerce
