We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong technical background who is excited to join a tech company that is constantly improving and reimagining the logistics industry. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical abilities, deep knowledge of business intelligence solutions as well as outstanding business acumen. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, and will be comfortable accessing and working with data from multiple sources.
In this role, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, evaluate, support and publish in-depth data interpretation to support the running of the operations and the decision-making of business strategies. Additionally you will lead data analysis projects with the goal to automate processes and improve the quality of decisions made by Finance and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you will lead business case analyses and cost out initiatives.
You will make a big impact, not just on the bottom line performance, but on the overall customer experience, making history whilst having fun along the way!

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Customer Fulfillment metrics and data to identify cost out opportunities by linking up operations and financials
- Communicates data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner. Your communications drive critical business actions.
- Earn trust of your business partners to influence and support tactical and strategic business decisions driving business improvements and cost reductions
- Identifies risks, evaluates impact, proposes changes, and implements improvements to remediate gaps as well as understands the details of the cost structure to make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be difficult to procure.
About the team
We are the EU Reverse Logistics (ReLo) Finance team, overseeing Customer Returns and Vendor Returns for the entire EU continental/UK Region from Spain to Scotland and everything in between. We speak with a diverse group of stakeholders everyday and operate as the financial nervous system of the ReLo network - identifying cost saving opportunities from the transportation from the customer to the operational processes within our Fulfilment Centers.

- A degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another relevant field
- Relevant experience in a finance role including partnering with a variety of stakeholders across the business
- Relevant experience in managing people
- Relevant experience working with Excel and large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL or Tableau
- Relevant experience in financial modelling
- Advanced or master’s degree in finance, economics or mathematics, such as a CA, CMA, CWA or MBA
- Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience working in large teams or at a national/multinational organisation
- Experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influence decisions
