Financial & Strategic Produc Entry: Evaluates and recommends course of action for the short and long term impact of changes to model mix, volume, headcount, investment and budget on the battery plant. Supports in-depth evaluations and creates and analyzes reports to facilitate decisions in planning and target setting process. Works closely with TX-E Management Team to enable target achievement and efficiency improvements. Consults management in business and strategic questions. Exercises tasks to carry out target/target comparison, assessments, analyzes, quantify deviations, and reject non-justified claims in consultation with the departments. Supports strategic and operational relevant costs. Provides premises compliant planned values for the respective control variable. Participates in the target agreements as well as the target divisions. Creates independently management-oriented presentations. Participates in special projects, e.g. comprehensive cost initiatives/projects. Participates in proposals for the optimization of complex business processes. Evaluates impact for changes in volume, model mix and shift models and makes recommendations for required resources for battery plant operations. Ensures coordination of above mentioned accountabilities with central functions. Utilizes knowledge of front-and back-end coding languages, such as SQL, Python, and VBA to steer projects and develop digitalization initiatives. Assists in headcount, budget tracking, and achievement to target, including attending budget related meetings, providing budget information, and coordinating forecast activities within the department. Understands and models VPS (Value Added Production System) Principles and concepts of Standard Work and Problem Solving. Adheres to 5S and Safety Standards and Principles. Basic analytical, organizational, and communication skills to interact with internal and external department management at all levels,handling highly confidential matters.
