The Fixed Assets Intern will support Fixed Assets with completing asset transactions, asset tag management process, and data analysis. They will work on fixed asset audit process and tracking/communication of results. The qualified intern should expect to contribute and improve in the following functions: Responsible for all asset transactions, asset tag distribution, tracking and providing an overview of asset audits to management. Reconciling GL Accounts, Project Spending vs Capitalization. Support clearing of GL Accounts. Updating pertinent asset information as necessary. Support FAIM (Fixed Asset Inventory Module) implementation. Qualifikation: Accounting, finance, or business program/skills preferred. Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major). Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States. Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application. Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for co-op positions. Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week). Transfer students must have a GPA from current university. MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term. THE WORK TERM DATES ARE August 12th to December 13th, 2024.
