- Lead a passionate team of five colleagues in the Global Center of Expertise, collaborate with the regional and local counterparts and empower the recruitment teams worldwide
- Develop and implement long- and short-term recruitment strategies for Henkel based on business needs, market and technology trends as well as on the related surveys, metrics and KPI results
- Provide clear oversight of the global recruitment process, including responsibility for positions up to middle management level
- Offer advisory support for executive recruitment and other stakeholder groups
- Strategically plan and steer large-scale projects within the recruitment area or larger HR initiatives, such as implementing new HCM solutions or talent marketplace platforms
- Ensure compliance with all global and local policies, internal and external audits, and legal requirements within the recruitment organization
- Plan, manage, and oversee all recruitment-related budgets, including team and HR project budgets
