Beauty Care & Adhesives. We are a strong team of 40+ Global & Local experts in 10+ locations worldwide. Our scope
covers the full Media product from strategy to buying in both Classical and Digital Media. We partner with the best agencies, data and ad-tech providers to deliver strong results for our brands. Internally we join forces with our stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, E-Com etc.) on Local and Global level.
- Develop data-driven campaign strategies with international marketing
- Orchestrate overall strategy development process from communication development to post-campaign analysis
- Analyze & recommend campaign mechanics along the consumer´s path to purchase
- Know best performing formats and targeting strategies to maximize reach
- Focus on Media effectiveness and efficiency to drive ROI
- Build & leverage 1st and 3rd party activation data
- Drive our innovation agenda through local pilots, research and game changer projects
- Steering of campaign and budget reporting (incl. dashboard solutions)
- Support Digital Media Transformation, innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing across Business units and geographies
- Digital Media counseling & training for Global Henkel teams
- Strong collaboration with Global Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media & Creative Agency teams and our Shared-Service-Center
- Work in a challenging, dynamic & international environment
