    Key Accountabilities

    • Provides and manages the financial business partnering to the BU team (e.g. Application Leads etc.)
    • Manage the Commercial Managers (CM) which are dedicated to selected PSB projects
    • Owns responsibility for change management in PSB projects via the dedicated CMs
    • Drives business value and financial performance by offering expert financial and analytical advice to assist in decision-making processes
    • Oversees contract and customer / market segments profitability analyses and cash performance
    • Manages sound financial assessments of new contracts to ensure financial risks are properly recognized and addressed
    • Partners with operations to monitor progress of complex projects for deviations from initial business cases and offers financial risk mitigation advice, as well as commercial management.
    • Ensures commercial deal modelling is in compliance with corporate policies, ICS and reflect sound business practice
    • Responsible for monthly financial closing, reporting and financial statement analysis in accordance to the RRPS framework
    • Responsible for financial planning and budgeting support and completing ad hoc financial analyses as required
    • Ensures measures are taken to balance to the entire commercial portfolio and margin
    • Provides insight and support to other BU functions for, but not limited to, consulting for commercial aspects or business case support for M&A projects
    • Seeks to continuously improve commercial finance processes and educates financial business partners.

    Key Experiences and any Qualifications

    • Success working in high paced, global, matrixed industrial organizations
    • Extensive and proven ability to lead and guide various functions in Finance, Accounting and Business Strategy.
    • Excellent knowledge of project profitability analyses, project management, commercial finance, product costing, selling costs, risk and opportunity mitigation and PRC/ IFRS requirements
    • Business expansion, transformation, and M&A experience
    • Experience working with remote teams and managing indirect resources
    • Knowledge of Power Solution industry is an added advantage
    • Possesses strong cross functional thinking, interpersonal and negotiation skills to communicate with and influence various stakeholders
    • Expert setting priorities and able to manage simultaneous deliverables
    • Excellent language skill for both English and Mandarin
    • Excellent skills in Oracle Hyperion, Busines Intelligence and SAP
    • Flexible to travel locally and overseas based on business requirements
