Head of Corporate Branding & Communications (m/f/d)

The Corporate Branding & Communications team is responsible for the strategy, principles, processes and communication of the BIOTRONIK corporate brand worldwide.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for further development and target group-appropriate positioning of the BIOTRONIK corporate brand and associated brands in coordination with department management, executive management and other relevant stakeholders
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating of integrated external communication strategies, campaigns and measures for differentiated target groups as well as various communication formats and channels
  • Leadership of the Corporate Branding and PR teams
  • Taking the lead for PR topics including issue management, crisis communication, corporate social responsibility
  • Further development of principles, guidelines and standards for the corporate brand/communication (e.g. corporate identity, corporate design, corporate messaging) as well as implementation of measures to ensure compliance (governance structures and processes)
  • Managing a team and further developing roles and responsibilities with regard to modern communication structures and approaches (e.g. thought leadership, newsroom)
  • Selecting and managing external agencies as well as freelancers

Your profile

  • Successfully completed university studies in the fields of communications, marketing or similar
  • Line management experience
  • Sound experience in developing a corporate brand
  • Confident communication skills in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience in developing brand and communication strategies, e.g. brand principles, corporate identity, PR, social media
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Business fluent in English
