Head of Lido Engineering

In this role, you will set engineering best practices and the organizational framework. You will plan and execute transformations at all levels. You will lead Lido’s engineering organization across all locations, ensuring continuous innovation.

• Define and communicate Lido’s technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee all aspects of the development lifecycle, including strategic planning, design/architecture, development, delivery, and maintenance
• Lead a team of 350+ smart, skilled and passionate engineers across Frankfurt, Gdansk, Zürich and Princeton
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering organization
• Maintain technical excellence by promoting best practices and quality assurance
• Champion clean, maintainable, efficient code
• Drive continuous technology innovation: AI deployment, cloud usage, and engineering process improvement
• Manage the budget and non-financial KPIs for your area
