HR Consultant (all genders)

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Legal, Social Sciences, or Business Administration
• With a Master’s degree: 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
• With a Bachelor’s degree: 4–6 years of relevant HR experience

• Ideally, have a basic understanding of Austrian labour law and ability to handle companies with different CBAs
• Excellent verbal and written English and German communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and cost-consciousness
• Able to work well under pressure and adapt to change
• Skilled in conflict resolution and supporting organizational transformation
• Strong customer focus, professionalism, reliability, and responsibility
• Independent, proactive, with good judgment and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural sensitivity
• Must have work permit for the assignment country
• Willingness to travel
