HR Intern International Project Management (f/m/d)

Your tasks:

• Get to know our business of international mobility services and experience corporate culture
• Support in planning, executing, and closing international railway projects with focus on HR topics under the guidance of the HR Project Lead
• Support the development and implementation of project plans, timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams as well as external and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and suggest solutions, assist in the development and improvement of HR processes and workflows
• Contribute to the creation of project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Support in developing HR products and strategies (i.e. workforce plans, training plans, organization charts, cost mapping, business plans)
• Support full recruiting life cycle, from definition of job, interview process, selection of international candidates to final offer, employment and onboarding

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master’s program, preferably in technical/engineering studies
• You have excellent interpersonal and intercultural competences
• You are able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Basic understanding of Project Management Principles would be a plus
• You have a very good understanding of complex processes, an affinity for numbers, and excellent analytical skills
• You are proactive and have a structured style of work
• Fluent spoken and written English (C1) is a requirement
