We are looking for an experienced HR Process Architect to take ownership of end-to-end HR Services processes across the Employee Lifecycle.

You will play a key role in shaping global HR standards, driving transformation initiatives, and designing future-ready HR solutions.

We are looking for an experienced HR Process Architect to take ownership of end-to-end HR Services processes across the Employee Lifecycle.

Tasks
  • Act as the process architect for core Employee Lifecycle processes (Germany and globally), ensuring consistency, scalability, and compliance
  • Identify pain points, create transparent as‑is and to‑be models, design future‑state solutions, oversee implementation, and drive standardization
  • Balance big‑picture process architecture with concrete improvements, turning ideas into measurable results through structured knowledge transfer and hands‑on support
  • Translate process and business requirements into IT specifications and collaborate closely with IT teams on business concepts, system enhancements, and digital HR solutions (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow)
  • Assess processes across time, cost, and quality dimensions, identify improvement opportunities, and develop data‑driven process roadmaps that enable sustainable, scalable transformation
  • Work with diverse stakeholders across countries and functions, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and progress throughout projects

Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Process Management or Project Management, preferably within HR Services
  • Strong process mindset with a clear sense of end-to-end ownership
  • Solid knowledge of process and project management methodologies
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive change
  • High interest in HR transformation and innovative HR solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills in an international environment
  • Very good command of German (C1) and English (minimum B2)
  • Nice to have: experience with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow
