Within the HR Services Team France, we are a diverse and inclusive team of experts and young professionals. Together, we are committed to deliver the highest quality of service to our BASF partners in France.
To complete our team, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) who will mainly support our HR Inquiry team on the following tasks:
- Respond (or escalate when appropriate) to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices coming from BASF employees in France via Servicenow, our new employee portal, or other channels (telephone, chat…);
- Ensure that our case management system remain up to date and documented with accurate information;
- Maintaining a high-level of data quality and customer service to make sure that our employees receive consistent responses in a timely manner;
- Communicating information regarding company policies to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner;
- Educate employees of services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems;
- Identify opportunities for improvement.
- You are a student looking for a part-time 1 year contract starting as soon as possible, to gain valuable experience next to your studies;
- You have a strong interest in Human Resources;
- You are proactive, customer oriented and you have good analytical skills;
- You have good MS-Office expertise. Knowledge of Excel would be appreciated;
- Professional and open-minded, you like working in a young and dynamic team;
- You are fluent in French and English, ideally in German.
