As a Testbench Technician, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. What awaits you? Your task as an industrial engineer is to analyze and evaluate the ergonomic layout of processes and workplaces. Prepare and maintain the ABAtech procedures for the production planning. Prepare the workflow (i.e. TVG´s), create and review work instructions. Define the main influencing factors and prepare catalogues for time management, prepare capacity evaluations based on these parameters. You are responsible for optimizing processes based on best practice information. You will participate in the development, evaluation and implementation of new work organization activities. Coordination and lead of projects related to time management and personnel capacity.   What should you bring along? Successfully completed Bachelor´s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering OR any equivalent experience in a related field. At least three years of professional experience in the field of production, preferably in a similar position, with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology. Experience from an automated production area would be an advantage. MTM or REFA certificate A high level of analytical skills and knowledge of problem-solving methods. Motivation and creative drive as well as assertiveness and initiative. Openness to travel to Germany for qualification. English and Hungarian communication level language knowledge is required.
