    We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative, to join our sales team at Continental Automotive UK Ltd.

    We offer a range of products and services for transport operators, HGV drivers and OE manufacturers as well as Garage workshops.

    The Inside Sales Representative will drive opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, manage a group of existing accounts and ultimately drive sales results for the business.

    This role will require deep engagement and understanding of the wider UK business, our products and process.

    The candidate will be based in Birmingham and it is expected that this role will progress into field sales within 18 months to 2 years for high performance candidates.


  • Generating qualified leads for the organization and closing these directly or passing to the field-based sales team
  • Using CRM tools to record and input customer information, contact information, activity, sales opportunities and wins
  • Facilitating calls and promotional activity to minimize sales cycle times
  • Understanding customer needs to provide relevant solutions
  • Discover opportunities for upselling/cross-selling within existing customers
  • Build relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and positive customer outcomes
  • A positive, tenacious and results orientated outlook, with a focus on driving profitable sales
  • Highly motivated and customer-centric
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ownership mentally and a drive to achieve objectives
  • Knowledge or interest in automotive products is beneficial
