YOUR ROLE
- Support the development of the global category strategy through:
- Analysis of market data to identify new opportunities
- Proposal of measures to address identified opportunities (product innovation, communication
development, etc) - Contribute to the development of our innovation pipeline by:
- Managing launches and re-launches, from concept development to definition of proposition (formula,
claims, packaging, etc)
- Steering projects together with interdisciplinary teams - Ensure correct implementation of innovation projects at market level through:
- The development of innovation packages containing sales argumentation and consumer communication
- Supporting the markets as contact person within the international marketing team for all relevant
information
- Steering market performance by providing financial governance to the relevant markets - Responsible for composing of digital activations together with our Digital teams and agencies for the whole category
- Attend regular project team meetings within scope of responsibility
