Internship Customer Service and Account Management

Would you like to join one of the world's largest and most prestigious airlines as an intern for up to 6 months?

We are looking for you to support our customer service and account managers with their customer projects, contract fulfillment, business analysis tasks, as well as preparation for customer meetings in the Americas region.

For this internship your responsibilities would be:

  • Support customer service & account managers in the fulfillment of customer contracts throughout the Americas
  • Data researching and gathering, as well as analysis of performance, financial and market KPIs
  • Create business reports for existing Lufthansa Technik business in the Americas
  • Support preparation of customer & management presentations
  • Work on and potentially manage small projects (e.g. knowledge database, KPI system)

The ideal Customer Service and Account Management intern should fulfill the following:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor/Masters program with an emphasis on Business, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics or Aviation Engineering
  • Strong interest in customer service, business development & data analytics
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  • Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation tasks is a plus
  • High level of self-management and drive to learn quickly
  • Fluent level of English language
  • German or Spanish language is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

* Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
