• Support driving our global learning programs from start to finish
• Foster our learning culture at Henkel by designing engaging learning campaigns and materials, e.g. social media posts, slide decks, newsletters, posters and much more
• Connect and exchange with our international learning network to ensure delivery of high-quality learning programs
• Contribute to organizing global learning events, such as our Henkel Learning Festival 
• Take ownership of your own projects within the area of learning and development
• You will be an important part of our team, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives

• Student who is in the gap year or has successfully completed first semesters of their master’s degree
• Excitement for learning and people development, ideally first practical experience in the form of internships or student jobs in a similar environment
• Excellent English language skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and curious mindset – happy to bring in their own creative ideas
• Hands-on mentality, structured working style, and good organizational skills
• Available for 6 months starting in June

We offer you an attractive salary between € 800-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
