Tasks

During this internship, you’ll use Articulate Rise to create engaging digital learning content focused on essential knowledge for the Crew Planning & Disposition department. You’ll translate complex technical information, such as legal documentation and IT software procedures, into simple content.

  • Independently design and develop web-based training (WBT) concepts using Articulate Rise. This includes writing scripts, producing videos or screenshots, and designing interactive elements and exercises to make learning engaging.
  • Create tests to measure learning success and ensure that learning goals are met.
  • Ensure training materials are of high quality and delivered on time.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather information and verify the accuracy of materials.

Requirements

Our team is diverse in nationality and background, and values motivation and skills over your specific degree. We seek someone who can work independently yet enjoys teamwork, likes working both in-person and remotely within our hybrid culture and meets the following criteria:

  • You have an HF diploma or are a Bachelor’s/Master’s student or graduate (with at least three semesters completed), preferably in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Business, or a similar area, and you’re familiar with the basics of instructional design or e-Learning
  • You are interested and motivated to learn about crew planning topics and can adapt quickly to even technical topics and systems
  • You know how to work with modern tools (MS 365, Miro, Generative AI, etc.)
  • Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Articulate Rise (video editing or graphic design is a plus)
  • You have strong written communication skills and pay attention to detail
  • You feel confident communicating in English (German is a plus)
