Internship Management Consulting - Marketing & Sales Academy (m/f/d)

We are the global in-house management consultancy for BASF. Our focus is on strategic projects, which drive effective change processes. The areas covered here range from growth, organisational development and efficiency projects to acquisition and divestment. We have a strong team spirit and actively promote career development within BASF.

As of now for a period of three to six months, you are part of our Marketing and Sales Academy Team. This team is embedded in the Management Consulting department with approximately 150 consultants globally who provide advice and training to the BASF group and its business units and actively support different change processes at BASF.

• As a full member of the team you will participate in the development, internal communication and implementation of Marketing and Sales training programs, including classroom and digital formats.
• You will support the research and editing of content for training programs and collect case examples through interviews with business managers.
• You create e-learning storyboards and learning videos and implement internal communication campaigns.

• advanced studies in the field of economics, economic psychology or in a related field of studies
• ideally first experience in the development and facilitation of training programs and / or in the design of digital learning tools
• familiar with standard IT applications, especially Excel and Power Point
• fluent language skills in English
• performing tasks with initiative, creativity and persistence
• excellent communication and presentation skills, present your ideas and results in a competent and clear manner
