(Junior) PTP Accountant

• Receiving accounting documentsand processing data and vouchers according to procedures, general accounting principles, chart of accounts, cost center structures
• Checking or obtaining necessary authorizations according to the procedures

• Initiating creation/changes of vendor master data in the accounting system
• Providing necessary documentation, reports, and analysis
• Proactively supervising and reconciling the accounts to clarify open items in pending or current accounts
• Monitoring discrepancies between the expected cost positions and the incoming invoices, proactively initiating corrections in the internal IT system or suppliers' debit notes
• Providing information to the respective finance department or airport management teams
• Estimating accruals and provisions for invoices
• Supporting in a second language (German) – contacting directly with customers, independently handling incoming/outgoing communication, both verbal and written, in a second foreign language
