Key Account Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA or equivalent Master’s degree is an advantage
• 2 - 3 years of experience in aviation, account management, customer service or sales & marketing required
• Technical/engineering experience a plus
• Fluency in English language required
• German language desirable
• Knowledge in aviation MRO, accounting, controlling, financials, technical/engineering required
• Knowledge in SAP and Business Warehouse desirable
• Expert-level skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Responsible of budget, costs and revenue
• Willingness to travel
• Shift work / overtime
• Manage constant time pressure
• Manage high stress levels
• Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
