If so, we're looking for a highly motivated Launch and Change Coordinator to join our dynamic team!   What awaits you? - Lead and coordinate scheduling processes for launches and ongoing production, ensuring timely implementation of changes based on project decisions.- Proactively identify and address process and product deviations during launch phases, collaborating with your team to develop effective solutions.- Manage the entire change implementation lifecycle, from creating detailed implementation scenarios to overseeing the execution of those plans in vehicles.- Champion quality assurance throughout the change implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition from launch to serial production.
