- Advise our clients' top management in the field of mobility
- Take responsibility and control of consulting projects in the field of battery cell production
- Drive the successful ramp-up of new, large-scale battery cell factories
- Enable clients to realize sustainable output increases, quality improvements and cost savings within their battery cell factories
- Assume end-to-end project management, from defining goals to assigning work packages, from staffing to successful completion of the project
- Actively participate in project acquisition, key account management and further development and maintenance of the customer network
- Successfully completed degree in (industrial) engineering, (industrial) chemistry, physics or an equivalent course
- Several years of professional experience in one of the global battery cell production market leaders, ideally combined with leadership, project management or consulting experience
- Well-founded expertise in setting up a battery cell production and ramping it up to series volume
- Professional appearance as well as strong communication skills and customer orientation
- Inspiring team spirit and motivation to achieve goals together with a hands-on mentality
- Strong flair for entrepreneurship and independent working method
- International experience will be an advantage
- Distinct willingness to travel (also abroad) and excellent command of English, additional language skills are an advantage
