Lead Software Architect (m/f/diverse) Apply now Lead Software Architect (m/f/diverse) Description In the organization, as Lead Software Architect (m/f/diverse) you are responsible for the following topics:Realize architecture for multidomain systems in an embedded automotive environment based on QNX / Hypervisor / Android / Linux Specify automotive software solutions according to customer requirements (use cases) base on latest SOC technology with respect to performance, and available on-chip features Deal with software platform functions like system health monitoring, over the air update, car diagnostic, user interface, automotive ethernet, service-oriented communication, AWS components, container orchestration etc. Interact with Silicon venders/3rd party Software suppliers to get the right Software solutions by providing technical inputs Ensure requirements elicitation, analysis, refinement, documentation, and ensuring the implementation team for SW realization Enhance continuously the platform Software architecture in cooperation with other Software architects and project needs to reach the optimal setup for the target hardware platform Ensure traceability throughout design and development phases with requirements, system architecture This position can be located in Regensburg or Wetzlar. Qualifications Academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable qualification Deep experience with embedded systems running Linux, QNX or Android Several years of experience in embedded Software design, development and debugging Good knowledge of UML and state of the art modelling tools e.g. Rhapsody Experience in embedded software architecture and system deployment for complex multicore and multiprocessor systems, domain experience in infotainment / ADAS knowledge is welcome Experience working in an agile development methodology is welcome Very good English and German language skills, written and spoken Excellent communication-, problem solving and analytical skills Have a passion for embedded technology and innovation combined with an interest in consulting Exceptionally motivated, driven, dynamic and ability to work independently Are you looking for an individual working time model?
