For of core locations in Munich or Heubach we are searching for a highly motivated Local Procurement Representative (f/m) – 100% The Position The role is designed to directly support an essential part of the group’s global corporate strategy through 2020. The incumbent will execute both strategic and tactical sourcing activities within the country / cluster and act as a change management agent to assure end-user awareness, implementation of and adherence to signed agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a single point of contact for indirect procurement function Assist establishing business requirements (budget, specifications, service period, etc.) Promote the use of global/regional contracts by Triumph stakeholders on a local or cluster level Coordinate and participate in the execution of the contract implementation Support the assessment / qualification of local suppliers of indirect goods / services Train internal stakeholders on procurement process and buying channels, track compliance Monitor catalogues and contracts and revise as needed The Requirements Bachelor degree (Master degree preferred) in Business / Finance / Economics Minimum 4 years experience in Procurement of indirect materials / services Solid understanding of procure to pay processes and buying channels Ability to navigate, maintain, and manage electronic contracts and catalogues Quick, analytical thinker with intercultural and social competences Excellent MS Office skills Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English as our corporate language
