Become part of our highly motivated team at the San Luis Potosi site and participate in the further expansion of internal plant engineering at our international locations. Work with us to build production systems for car body construction, electric drives (high-voltage storage and electric motor) and other technologies.   What awaits you? - You will be responsible for the self-responsible operation of inspections and maintenance, solving of errors, repairing, and optimizing production equipment. This will involve carrying out regular inspections of the equipment to identify and fix any potential problems, as well as troubleshooting and repairing any errors that occur. Also, work to optimize the production equipment and processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.- Through an extensive training program, you will be able to trouble shoot and optimize production equipment like PLC-programs, robots, conveyor systems, and complex joining technologies. This will allow you to identify and resolve any problems that occur with the equipment, minimizing the impact on production quickly and effectively.- As a member of a team of experts, you will work together with other team members to permanently eliminate errors and continuously improve the production process. The team will also be responsible for re-installing and making changes to the machines as needed. Additionally, you will perform planned maintenance activities on the production equipment to ensure that it is in good working condition and to prevent any unexpected problems from occurring.
