We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional services to our VVIP In-Service fleet. The goal is to ensure that all customer requirements are fulfilled in time, in budget and in quality.

  • Manage customer inquiries (i.e. repair events with suppliers - warranty and non-warranty, media related issues, etc.) for in-service aircraft
  • Manage the MRO event (work shop, engineering, material planning) and communicate with customer on operational issues (completion date, delivery, documentation, etc.)
  • Maintain close relation to suppliers in terms of material availability (lead time, modification status, obsolescence, interchangeability, documentation, etc.)
  • Ensure daily responsiveness to customer inquiries
  • Calculate and prepare the quote according to requirements (repair, exchange, sales)
  • Customer visits
  • Organize transportation with logistics
  • Capture, process and report customer feedback internally
  • Manage continuous upselling initiatives (increase rev./profit)

  • Bachelor's degree/master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in commercial IFE integration, aircraft completion / modification or comparable
  • Aviation background favorable
  • Proven experience in Customer Service and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage high expectations from VVIP clients
  • Ability to work concurrently on multiple inquiries and under pressure
  • strogng problem solving skills
  • knowledge of programt management methods
  • Competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and JIRA
  • Ability to work in international and multi-cultural environment
  • Proven experience working with a cross-functional team
  • Flexibility to travel and work in different locations (occasionally at short notice)
  • Languages: English, German a plus
